How to Inspect Skins Before Buying: Complete Guide

Never buy a skin without inspecting it first. Here’s how to check everything that matters.

Why Inspect?

Screenshots can be misleading. Inspection shows:

• Actual wear placement
• True sticker condition
• Pattern positioning
• In-game appearance

In-Game Inspection

From Steam Market

1. Find skin listing on Steam Market
2. Click Inspect in Game link
3. CS2 launches and shows the skin
4. Move camera to examine all angles

From Inventory

1. Open Steam inventory
2. Right-click skin
3. Select Inspect in Game

What to Check

The exact wear level. Lower = better.

• 0.00-0.01: Premium collectible
